Data Handled
The extension stores user-created replacement rules, enabled website settings, selectors, trigger preferences, and update-page preferences using Chrome storage. Chrome Sync may synchronize these settings through the user's Chrome account when synchronization is enabled.
Website Access
The extension does not request access to all websites at installation. Website access is optional and requested only after the user chooses to enable a specific host. The user can pause or remove a website and revoke its permission from the extension interface.
Page Content
Text from editable fields is processed locally to apply the user's rules. The extension does not transmit page text to the developer or to an external server.
Analytics, Advertising, and Sale of Data
The extension does not include analytics, advertising, tracking, or data-sale functionality.
Public Guide and Demo
The provided guide-demo.html file is self-contained, stores only the selected language in local browser storage, and does not send page content. If the developer adds analytics or other third-party services to the demo page, this privacy policy must be updated accurately.
